The truth cannot be found outside of ourselves. Each of us is endowed with the truth. It is not something that can be learned elsewhere.

I myself searched for the truth everywhere, but I could not find it anywhere else in the universe. I searched everywhere in the Spiritual World and also in the earthly world, suffering greatly in the process; but in the end, I realized that God has given us everything. It was a great surprise. 

Until then, I had not known it, but all the answers are within us. 

When our mind and body are united in oneness, we receive the protective power of the universe and consequently experience happiness. However, when our mind and body are not united, the repulsion leads to suffering.

Dear guests, don’t give your conscience any more grief. Don’t disobey its call. Disobeying the voice of your conscience only brings sorrow to your heart. It brings sorrow to your parents, to your teachers, and even to God.

Each of you, as individual truth bodies created by God, needs to cultivate your own character through applying the Principle and, with a fervent, passionate and pure mind, clear up and overthrow unrighteousness and evil. Although your body may be living in this fallen world, don’t allow Satan to influence you. Transcending the sorrows of the past, you have to become a model of hope. Don’t be depressed when you experience hardships; instead, look toward the future with a vision of hope. God does not need your particular skills or knowledge.

Because human beings are God’s children created in His image, we all possess the potential to be free of mind-body conflict and to establish the origin of true unity in ourselves.
